98 of 365 for 2009 – Water’s Edge

Water's Edge

Another shot from our gorgeous weekend weather, this one last Sunday evening from the beach at Titlow Park in Tacoma, WA. There is a nice little seafood place, Steamers, on the pier near this park and the whole area is just a wonderful place to spend an evening soaking in the sunset. The birds seen in this photo are a gull on the left (not sure which kind of gull since the back lighting made it hard to identify) and three Double-crested Cormorants drying out their wings.
